Equestrian and English Countryside looks

As the weather gets chillier by the day, it’s time to stock up on some fabulous winter wear. This year, there is a return to basics, and the Equestrian and English countryside looks are big. This means that you can play around with light to heavy woolens in warm, earthy shades. Toggle jackets, chunky knits, tweeds, plaid shirts and corduroys will keep you warm and stylish in the months to come.

The Equestrian look is both classy and easy to channel. Team brown trousers or slightly weathered denims with plaid shirts and a jacket that nips in at the waist. A plaid dress would do just as well. Boots are traditionally associated with this look, but you can also go for suede or leather heels. A saddle bag inspired handbag will add to the look. Accessorise with a classic analog watch, a chunky ring and a gorgeous stole, and you are all set.
Equestrian and English countryside for men
Get inspired by the practical wardrobe staples that make up the English countryside look. This does not mean that you have to dress up from head to toe tweeds and corduroys. Instead, you can channel this look with restrained use of knits, corduroys and leather. Think shirts teamed with knits and corduroy trousers. Accessorise with classic dial watches watches, leather boots and belts. A scarf in a complementary  shade will accent the look beautifully.
